It's that time of year! And for the first time, we have trees on the property we can pick ourselves. We gathered about 40 lbs of apples in ten minutes of ground level picking. Still loads more up high!
For photography especially, I really love this time of year. There is just so much colour in the landscape and what would be a boring old foliage shot in summertime becomes a dazzling canvas of of a full spectrum of colour.
Add on being able to pick some favourite foods, now just steps from my front door and thats a definite bonus.
